£30,000 basic | Up to £65,000 OTE
We’re working with a highly regarded housebuilder who is looking to appoint an experienced New Homes Sales Executive to join their team in Milton Keynes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, sales-driven professional who can hit the ground running and deliver an exceptional customer journey from first enquiry through to legal completion.
The Role
* Managing the full sales process on a busy development
* Delivering outstanding customer service and meeting sales targets
* Building strong relationships with buyers, solicitors, and internal teams
* Maintaining accurate sales administration and CRM records
* Representing the brand professionally at all times
What We’re Looking For
* Strong background in New Homes sales (essential)
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
* Confident, proactive, and highly organised
* Able to work independently and take ownership of the role
* Professional, personable, and customer-focused
Working Pattern
Thursday – Monday
1 in 4 weekends off
Package
* £30,000 basic salary
* Realistic OTE of up to £65,000
