3days a week (22.5hours/flexible)
£35,000-£40,000pa (FTE)
Remote Role (Must be able to attend occassional meetings in a Northeast Essex office)
Pure are delighted to be working with an international organisation to recruit a HR professional to join their internal team.
This individual should have experience within employment law, payroll, recruitment and onboarding, drafting policies and all other personnel responsibilities.
This successful applicant will be working remotely initially however in due course there could be an opportunity to work from an office in Northeast Essex.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for recruitment and onboarding of all employees – this includes sourcing, screening, retaining interview notes for personnel files, adding to payroll system, undertaking onboarding procedures such as “right to work checks”, occupational health questionnaires, drivers licence checks, enrolling to pension scheme.
Responsible for mandatory training of new joiners
Prepare and store relevant data metrics i.e. leavers, joiners, salaries to highlight trends occurring
Manage all personnel folders
Support line managers throughout and oversee any disciplinary procedures, redundancies, including preparation of redundancy calculations and protocol, investigations
Raise purchase orders for all HR related invoices
Manage all personnel related schemes at renewal, this includes Group Assurance, Pensions, Life Insurance, dental Care, Healthshield, Cyclescheme, Perkbox
Performance management
Manage absences, return to work processes
Support as part of Emergency Response Team for personnel.
Managing payroll and expenses (around 60 people)
