Employment Lawyer, 3+ PQE, Kent / Hybrid, 12-Month Fixed Term Contract, £40,000 - £50,000 DOE

Responsibilities
1. Manage a diverse range of employment claims from initial instruction through to final hearing and post-hearing requirements.
2. Provide precise legal guidance, manage client expectations, and mentor junior employment lawyers through litigation stages.
Requirements
* Qualified solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 3 years' PQE.
* Strong understanding of employment law and extensive experience with Employment Tribunal procedures.
