Managing induction programmes that get new hires off to a flying start. Advising managers on HR best practice. Supporting employee relations, probation reviews, and absence management. Keeping accurate HR records and reporting to management. What you'll bring: HR experience, preferably in a childcare/healthcare field (although not essential) Confidence with UK employment law basics and recruitment best practice.
