We are seeking motivated and organised Administrative Officers to join teams across the Belfast Trust. As part of one of the largest health and social care organisations in Northern Ireland, you’ll play a vital role in supporting clinical and operational services that make a real difference to people’s lives.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality administrative and clerical support to departments within the Trust
* Manage correspondence, data entry, and record keeping with accuracy and confidentiality
* Handle telephone and face-to-face enquiries in a professional and helpful manner
* Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for teams
* Support day-to-day operations to ensure services run smoothly
Qualifications
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
* Team player with a flexible, proactive approach
* Previous administrative experience (preferably within health or public sector, though not essential)
