You will be the face of the company for the UK customers, ensuring seamless service delivery from installation through after-sales support. Responsibilities: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Efficiently planning and dispatching service engineers across the UK to meet customer needs. After-Sales Support- Managing all aspects of post-installation care, resolving issues quickly and professionally. Coordinating with third-party service providers to ensure timely and effective service delivery. Identifying opportunities to enhance service processes and customer experience. Any other duties role may involve. Person Specification: Proven experience in a Customer Service Management role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills - confident dealing with customers at all levels. Excellent planning and scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience coordinating field-based engineers or technical staff. Ability to build rapport with service providers, ensuring accountability and quality.
