About the role
This role provides comprehensive HR administrative support across the School, ensuring an efficient, accurate and customer‑focused service for staff, managers and visitors. You will coordinate key HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, contract administration, payroll support and compliance activities such as Right to Work and immigration checks.
Working closely with colleagues across HR, finance, research, and academic teams, you will help maintain smooth HR operations, support staff throughout the employee lifecycle, and contribute to a positive, professional experience for all who interact with the School’s HR function.
Salary - UCL Grade 6 £36, to £41, (including London Allowance)
This is a full-time position based at Canary Wharf. The successful applicant may normally work remotely for up to 60% of the week if they wish.
