This is a permanent opportunity suited to someone with strong construction experience, ideally within the custodial sector, and a solid understanding of fire protection installations. Key Responsibilities - Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification Coordinate and manage subcontractors carrying out fire protection installations (e.g., fire stopping, cavity barriers, intumescent coatings) Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and fire protection standards Liaise with clients and produce reports to maintain smooth operations Requirements - SMSTS First Aid at Work Valid CSCS card Knowledge of fire protection systems and standards Experience in custodial or public sector projects is highly desirable.
