Role Overview
The Senior Site Manager will have overall responsibility for managing site operations, ensuring installation projects are completed to programme, handed over to clients with highest levels of satisfaction, and fully compliant with all relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This role requires strong leadership, excellent organisation skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
* Direct and manage all site operations, including installation teams and sub‑contractors
* Ensure all works are delivered to programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards
* Maintain compliance with company procedures, industry regulations, and health & safety requirements
* Monitor and report on progress, proactively addressing any issues to avoid delays
* Uphold client satisfaction by ensuring projects are handed over to the highest standards
Candidate Requirements
* Demonstrate experience in a Senior Site Management role within the construction or fenestration industry
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teams
* Excellent organisational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
* In‑depth knowledge of installation processes, industry standards, and health & safety legislation
* Proven track record of delivering projects on time and to specification
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide
* SMSTS Qualification
* CSCS (Gold or Black)
* DBS Certificate
