Ivy Resource Group are working with a well-established contractor to recruit an experienced Small Works Site Manager for a permanent role within their Small Works division, based in Malvern. This role focuses on delivering small to medium-sized refurbishment, fit-out, and installation projects across a range of commercial environments, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction. The Role: Managing day-to-day site operations on small to medium-sized refurbishment, fit-out, and installation projects Coordinating subcontractors, direct labour, and materials to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget Overseeing multiple small works packages where required Ensuring all health & safety, quality, and site compliance standards are met at all times Liaising closely with clients, project teams, and senior management to ensure smooth project delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Site Manager / Small Works Site Manager delivering refurb, fit-out, and installation projects Strong organisational, coordination, and leadership skills Experience working in live environments is advantageous Background in sectors such as commercial offices, education, healthcare, MOD, or leisure is desirable Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment Salary & Package: Up to £50,000 per annum £5,500 car allowa...
