I am currently seeking an Interim Head of People for a renowned Museum based in London for an initial period of 6 months. This role pay a salary in the range of £80, to £85, per year and can be consider on a 5-day per week or 4-day per week basis, working hybrid with 40% of the time in the office and the remainder remote.
Reporting to the People and Culture Director, you will be a highly experienced Head of People and an excellent people manager. Your role will manage 8 direct reports, including the People Partners. People Operations Manager and the People Analytics and Systems Manager. Please note that you will be managing across 3 locations in the country and travel will be required to the other locations about once per month.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent People Manager who can provide stability to the team during this period of change and as an Employee Relations expert can also support and advise the People Partners with complex casework when required. This organisation is an arms length government organisation and there for there are processes and procedures that require understanding of working in the Public Sector and with unions.
