Main Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR enquiries from managers, staff and supervisors.
* Provide end to end case management support in all HR related matters including:
o Absence management
o Disciplinary & Grievance
o Performance management
o Redundancy
o Personal Development Reviews
* Controlling the recruitment process with department managers
* Assisting with the onboarding process for all new staff members
* Administering the offboarding process and exit interviews
* Maintaining the internal HR database & absence / holiday tracking
* Working with our external 3rd party HR consultants and H&S auditors on best practices
* Assistance with training plans
* Ensuring compliance with legislation and promoting a good H&S culture
* Administering the H&S workwear and storage
Key Requirements:
* Previous HR experience
Tuesday - Wednesday 9am-2pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
