About the Role This is a hands-on, generalist position with a strong focus on transactional HR support and employee relations. You’ll act as a trusted partner to operational managers and oversee a small HR team, helping to ensure consistency and compliance across all HR activity. Experience in unionised environments would be particularly beneficial, as the role includes regular interaction with trade union representatives.
