* Ensure food preparation complies with HACCP standards.
* Oversee financial duties and stock control.
Requirements
* Previous experience in contract catering.
* Strong organisational skills.
* A passion for food and customer service.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Proficiency in Excel.
