Quality Manager
Location: Bournemouth
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum
Hours: 39 hours per week (with half-day finish on Fridays)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Quality Manager to join our manufacturing team in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional to lead and develop quality systems, ensuring products meet the highest standards and customer expectations.
Responsibilities
* Oversee and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
* Lead internal and external audits
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes
* Manage and develop the quality team
* Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions
* Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams
Requirements
* Proven experience in a Quality Manager role within manufacturing
* Strong knowledge of quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001)
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
* Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
