Sales Executive - Luxury New Homes

East Sussex (near Uckfield / Haywards Heath)

£38,000 basic + realistic £60k OTE (Year 1-2)

Temp to Perm | Launch-stage opportunity

This is your chance to step into a premium, design-led development where quality genuinely matters. No volume targets. No rushed sales. Just high-value homes, considered buyers, and the time to do the job properly.

You’ll be joining at launch stage, meaning you're not walking into someone else's pipeline. You'll help shape it, build it, and own it.

The role

You’ll be based on a flagship development in East Sussex (58 units, £80M GDV), working with buyers who are:

* Equity-rich
* Experienced
* Expecting a high-touch, professional service

This is not a fast-pace, transactional environment. It’s about:

* Building trust
* Understanding lifestyle motivations
* Guiding buyers through a considered purchase journey


What you’ll need

You already know new homes, now you want better.

* Experience selling new build homes (ESSENTIAL)
* Comfortable at £750k+ price points (ideally £1M+)
* Able to confidently explain build quality & construction
* Strong communication - you can articulate value, not just price
* Polished, credible, and naturally consultative


Working pattern

* 5 days per week (rota)
* Weekend working essential (typically off Tues/Weds)
* Initial training period based in Surrey (Mon-Fri) before moving to site


Location

Ideal if you're based within easy reach of: Uckfield, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Lewes, Crowborough or Tunbridge Wells.
