We are looking for a business-minded recruitment specialist that has a proven track record in not just recruitment but sales recruitment (recruiting high-performing sales professionals) to be the head of Recruitment at Let Property.
If you have experience hiring sales reps or scaling sales teams then this job could be an ideal fit for you. While 2 years of sales and recruitment experience is preferred, we're more focused on finding the right person with the right mindset to take this department to the next level. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key player in a rapidly growing company within a lucrative industry.
What We’re Looking For:
* A minimum of 2 years of recruitment or sales experience, especially with a specific emphasis on sourcing and hiring TeleSales professionals
* We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of hiring and scaling sales teams.
* Expertise in headhunting is advantageous, with a proven track record of bringing in talented individuals who not only join the business but also stay and thrive.
* Results-driven with a history of consistently delivering to a high level
* Someone who is able to drive the growth and expansion of our high-performing sales team.
Skills:
* Proficiency using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, CV-Library, etc.
* Extremely strong interpersonal skills
* creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a solution-orientated mindset.
