Overview
Sales Executive – New Homes at Lovell Partnerships Ltd, Edinburgh area. We are seeking a positive, self-motivated, compassionate person to lead the sale of our new homes.
All our homes are designed to offer a modern, fresh, and flexible approach, aiming to delight customers with a home that matches their lifestyle.
Responsibilities
* Deal with sales enquiries and manage COINS/CRM Sales and Prospect workbench.
* Proactively identify and achieve sales through the Helping Hands and Part Exchange process.
* Prepare reports as required and manage clients from initial enquiry through the sales process to legal completion.
Qualifications
* Experience in a customer-facing sales role, ideally selling new build homes.
* Proven track record of achieving sales and delivering excellent customer service.
* Ability to work with customers sensitively to develop trusting relationships and deliver a 5* experience in purchasing a new home.
* Understanding of the New Homes Code and Lovell Sales Policies and Procedures.
* Own transport and full driving licence.
