A large and well-established 11–18 secondary school in Birmingham is seeking a proactive and highly organised HR Administrator to join its busy and friendly administration team from January 2026. About the Role Working closely with the HR Manager, you will support all areas of HR operations across the school, including: Recruitment administration (advertising, shortlisting packs, scheduling interviews) Processing pre-employment checks and maintaining single central record compliance Managing staff documentation, absence records and training logs Handling day-to-day HR queries with professionalism and confidentiality Supporting induction processes for new staff Liaising with payroll and safeguarding leads where required This is a varied, fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a large school community.
