Overview
Fawkes & Reece are looking for a temporary Weekend Site Manager for up to 6 months on a student accommodation project based in Glasgow City Centre. You will be working for a well-established, national main contractor who specialises in key construction projects such as RC frame multi storey, Hotels and Student Accommodation.
As Weekend Site Manager you will be overseeing a site team on a 450‑bedroom student accommodation project in Glasgow City Centre.
Hours of work: Saturday 12 pm – 5 pm and Sunday 8 am – 5 pm to start ASAP.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervising a full site team including subcontractors on site
* Ensuring the package is on time against programme
* Ensure the Site team adhere to H & S Compliance
* Ensure the Site team adhere to the high quality of works to meet the clients' demands.
* Ensuring the safety of all site personnel
* Ensure all paperwork is correct and updated
* Reporting and handover to ready for the Site Manager in the morning.
Skills and Experience
* SMSTS
* Previous Site Manager with multi story RC Frame experience is preferred.
* Excellent Health and Safety knowledge.
* Holds valid CSCS card
* Valid First Aid certificate
Benefits
* Hourly rate - £25 to 27 per hour
