Job Title: Internal Recruiter Engineering & Technical Recruitment
Location: Milton Keynes Hybrid working (3 day in office p/w)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE, plus benefits
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Working Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm/9am to 5:30pm 4:30pm finish on Fridays

We're looking for an Internal Recruiter to join a growing team focused on sourcing highly skilled engineering and technical contractors across the UK and Europe. This is a delivery-focused role where your success is measured by the quality of talent you identify and engage, not sales activity.
Internal Recruiter Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing specialist engineering and technical contractors across the UK and Europe
* Utilising LinkedIn, job boards and advanced search techniques to identify hard-to-find talent
* Screening CVs against detailed technical requirements
* Managing candidate relationships, engagement and rate negotiations
* Coordinating assessments, compliance documentation and onboarding processes
* Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines within specialist engineering sectors
Internal Recruiter Skills, Experience & Attributes:
* 3+ years' recruitment experience
* Ideally with a background recruiting within engineering, manufacturing, technical or industrial sectors
* Proven track record in recruitment / candidate resourcing, preferably on an international basis
* Contract recruitment experience would be highly advantageous
* Strong sourcing, candidate engagement and delivery skills
* Organised, professional and detail-oriented approach
* A stable and reliable career history
