Round Peg Solutions is exclusively recruiting for a HR Administrator position with a global tier 1 aerospace manufacturer in Cheshire. The role offers a salary of up to £27K and a 4-day working week (Monday-Thursday). After an initial probation period, there is an option to work from home.
HR Administrator Role:
1. Support the HR Advisor with recruitment database activities.
2. Prepare induction paperwork and schedules.
3. Prepare new starter documentation.
4. Update HR database with current/new employee details.
5. Administer the leaver process, ensuring resignations are acknowledged promptly, line managers are informed, and outstanding annual leave is calculated according to company policies.
Required HR Administrator Experience:
1. Proven ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
2. Experience in a role requiring high attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
1. HR-related experience.
2. Experience representing a company in formal meetings.
