WisdomTree is seeking an HR Manager based in London who will lead the HR function across the region, with a strong focus on UK operations. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on HR management, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and business-aligned HR practices.
You will oversee a small team and partner closely with senior leaders to drive engagement, performance, and operational excellence. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and experience within financial services or asset management are essential.
Key Accountabilities and Scope
HR Leadership
 * Provide HR guidance to leadership teams across Europe.
 * Develop and implement the regional HR plan in line with global strategy and local regulatory requirements.
Employee Relations and Policy Management
 * Serve as the primary advisor on employee relations, ensuring compliance with UK and European employment legislation.
 * Manage performance, disciplinary, and grievance processes.
 * Maintain and update HR policies to reflect current legal requirements and best practices.
Talent Acquisition and Development
 * Oversee and drive recruitment across European offices, ensuring a consistent, inclusive, and high-quality selection process.
 * Partner with managers to identify workforce needs and attract top talent.
 * Support leadership with workforce planning, succession, and professional development initiatives.
Compensation, Benefits, and HR Operations
 * Manage compensation reviews, bonus processes, and benefits administration in partnership with finance and Global HR.
 * Ensure HR data integrity and GDPR compliance.
 * Produce HR analytics and reports to support business.
 * Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and consistency.
Team Leadership
 * Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Generalists, Office Manager and administrative team.
 * Build a collaborative, high-performing HR culture focused on accountability and service excellence.
Culture, Engagement, and Office Management
 * Champion a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven culture.
 * Lead employee engagement, recognition, and well-being programs.
 * Oversee office management operations to ensure a productive and supportive workplace environment.
Qualifications and Experience
 * Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master\'s or CIPD qualification preferred).
 * Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including team leadership.
 * Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice (essential).
 * Experience in financial services or asset management preferred.
 * Exposure to managing HR across multiple European jurisdictions advantageous.
 * Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive positive change.
 * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
