HR Administrator
We are currently looking to recruit a HR Administrator on a part time basis to join our busy HR team supporting the European Vice President of HR and HR Advisor. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to progress and have a career within HR. The role will be based in Lincoln however there may be a requirement to travel to other sites from time to time.
The role is for 25 hours per week, with flexibility in the working pattern. However, the hours will need to be spread across 4 or 5 days each week.
Key Areas of Responsibility
* Support all recruitment activities: production of job adverts, arranging interviews, onboarding, and feedback to candidates.
* Support sickness absence management: run reports, track return-to-work forms, notify managers, and complete KPIs.
* Assist with case management: support disciplinary, grievance, and flexible working meetings.
* Support leaver process: acknowledge resignations, inform payroll.
* Handle HR duties: process employment changes, HR reporting, administer recognition and awards, update organisation charts, manage appraisals, maintain employee files, coordinate e-learning, and ensure policy compliance.
* Work flexibly as part of the team, covering for holidays and absences as needed.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
* CIPD level 3 qualification or working towards it would be advantageous.
* Experience in a busy HR administration environment.
* Good knowledge of HR processes and company policies.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Professional and empathetic communication with employees.
* Ability to work proactively and independently, knowing when to seek advice.
