* Ensure smooth communication between reception and other departments.
* Monitor performance, schedules, and operational procedures.

* Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Confident using booking systems and hotel software.
