We’re recruiting a Sales Executive for a growing luxury adventure touring company. This is a hands-on sales role selling high-end guided and self-guided tours worldwide to HNW travellers, perfect for someone who loves travel, excels in consultative sales to the affluent client and thrives on hitting targets. What you’ll do as a Sales Executive Handle inbound and outbound B2C Travel sales enquiries by phone, email and online Follow up warm leads and convert interest into confirmed bookings Build strong product knowledge across destinations and touring itineraries Manage your own sales pipeline and work towards individual KPIs Work closely with reservations, marketing and operations teams Work Mon–Fri with some rotational evening and weekend on-call shifts What you’ll bring as a Sales Executive Background selling Luxury travel products (B2C) as a travel consultant, reservations consultant or sales executive Proven ability to close deals and hit targets Confident, engaging communication style Strong customer focus and experience in providing a concierge service Organised, driven and motivated to succeed What’s on offer Salary £30-35k DOE Uncapped commission £60k very achievable Hybrid working options after initial period Opportunity to sell exciting, luxury adventure travel products This role is moving quickly.
