We currently have an opportunity for an HR Administrator within the Human Resources (HR) team in Kettering.
The HR Team aims to provide a knowledgeable, approachable, and professional resource in delivering quality services in areas such as employee relations, benefits, recruitment and retention, organizational development, compensation, and human resource information management. We develop and communicate sound policies and procedures that balance the needs of employees and the needs of the business while ensuring compliance with UK employment law. Our goal is to support the business in achieving its vision.
As an HR Administrator, you will provide accurate and timely support to the HR Business Partner, HR colleagues, and internal clients. This role includes responsibility for HR projects as directed.
About You
You should have the ability to work on your own initiative, possess strong communication skills, and be able to prioritize and think ahead.
The following qualifications and skills are required:
* Previous experience and responsibility within a busy office environment, ideally within an HR team
* A professional ‘can do’ attitude
* Adaptability and flexibility
* A high level of customer service
* Competence in Microsoft Office packages
Desirable qualifications include:
* An HR qualification (not essential, as training will be provided)
* Experience with SuccessFactors (sHaRe) and Tensor (training will be provided)
