* Responsibilities:
* Provide evening meals at a good standard
* Cooking breakfast to order on weekends
* Working Match days
* Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed in the kitchen.
* Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available.
* Ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner.

* Experience:
* Prior experience in commercial/ restaurant kitchen is required.
* Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
* Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
* Familiarity with restaurant operations is advantageous.
* Willingness to learn and develop kitchen skills.
* Ability to work well in a team environment and provide support where needed.
