Local Business Development Manager – LCV / Fleet SalesLocation: Renault Enfield, EN1Salary: £35,000 pa, OTE £65,000 pa (uncapped)Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–6:00pmCompany car providedJoin Our Fleet & Commercial Sales TeamRenault Retail Group is looking for a Local Business Development Manager to join our Fleet and Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) Sales team at Renault Enfield, based on Crown Road (EN1).This role focuses on building and developing long-term business-to-business relationships with local organisations, SMEs, and fleet operators across North London, Hertfordshire, and Essex, including the M25, A10 and M11 corridors.You'll be part of a manufacturer-owned retail group with a strong and evolving product portfolio across LCVs, passenger vehicles, hybrids, and fully electric models, offering customers flexible and competitive fleet solutions.What You'll DoIn this dealership-anchored, field-based role, you'll be responsible for:Developing and maintaining relationships with local businesses, SMEs, and fleet customersManaging new and existing LCV and passenger fleet enquiries, both on-site and in the local areaPromoting Renault and Dacia light commercial vehicles and fleet car solutions in a consultative, customer-focused wayWorking with customer fleet departments, leasing providers, and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutionsCoordinating with vehicle conversion partners, aftersales, and parts teams to support full lifecycle customer needsMaintaining accurate records of activity, opportunities, and customer interactionsSupporting repeat business through proactive follow-up and relationship managementWhat We're Looking ForWe're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:Experience in automotive B2B sales, fleet sales, or LCV business developmentA consultative approach, with the ability to understand customer needs and build trust over timeConfidence engaging with a wide range of local business customersStrong organisation skills and a structured approach to managing opportunitiesClear, professional communication and relationship-building skillsA full UK driving licenceExperience working with small to medium fleet operators, hire companies, or commercial vehicle customers would be particularly helpful.Hours & PayBasic salary: £35,000 paOTE: £65,000 pa, uncapped and achievableCompany car provided from day one, with business mileage reimbursed in line with company policyMonday to Friday, 8:30am–6:00pmCompany BenefitsAccess to a salary sacrifice, tax-efficient new car scheme (ECOS/ECOP) Available from £48 per month, depending on vehicle choiceHigh-spec vehicles replaced annuallyFamily Car Scheme, available for close family members Typically from £139 per monthEligibility applies after probation for the first vehicle, with a second vehicle available after 12 months' serviceVehicles replaced annuallyCar insurance included on both schemes33 days' annual leave including Bank Holidays (option to buy or sell additional days)Pension scheme with life assuranceStaff discounts on vehicles, parts, servicing, and accessoriesShare Incentive SchemeMortgage and pension advice seminarsExcellent manufacturer training and clear career development opportunitiesCycle to Work scheme, including e-bikesDiscounted gym membershipEnhanced Maternity and Paternity policiesEye test voucher schemeHow to ApplyClick Apply and follow the instructions to upload your CV.Raja Mallik from the Recruitment Team will contact shortlisted candidates.No agencies please.TPBN1_UKTJ
