My clients a well established logistics company based within the Heathrow area, they are seeking a HR MANAGER to join their expanding team!
Duties will include:
* Completing the on-board process
* Issuing offer letter/ contracts
* Advertising vacancies on job board and liaising with recruitment agencies
* Working closely with operations manager/ directors
* Assisting with payroll admin
* Arrange training and keeping training records up to date
* Carrying out 5 year employment/ DBS checks to CAA standards
* General admin when needed
Skills required:
* Previous HR experience
* PC literate
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Proactive
* Good time management
Working hours:
* Monday- Friday 0900-1800 - OFFICE BASED
