The UK's leading specialist fitness and leisure recruitment agency is looking for a Fitness Instructor in North London. This role offers self-employment options and pays £25 per class. F45 Training is the fastest-growing fitness franchise network globally, with over 3000 franchisees in 38 countries. We seek ambitious, energetic, and charismatic trainers to join our North London studio.
* Deliver high-quality, results-focused F45 group fitness classes
* Set up the studio after training sessions (additional fee)
* Motivate members before, during, and after classes
* Assist with membership retention (trainer bonus scheme)
* Foster a positive community environment
* Support business operations and F45 challenge programmes
About you:
* Genuine love of fitness and coaching
* Experience in personal and group training
* Energetic and confident in sharing ideas
* Knowledge of F45 is advantageous but not essential
* Good fitness level and ability to demonstrate correct form
* Level 3 personal training certification and First Aid certification
* Ability to deliver energetic classes
