Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
£15.75 per hour
Breaks: 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks daily (all unpaid)

About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced handyman/Woman to join our team, each responsible for a group of designated homes. You will play a key role in ensuring our residential properties are safe, well-maintained, and presentable.This is a varied role requiring skills across general maintenance, decorating, and gardening. You will be expected to carry out a wide range of repairs and upkeep duties both inside and outside the buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
* General maintenance and repair tasks across assigned homes
* Painting and wallpapering rooms and communal areas
* Basic joinery and handyman tasks
* Garden maintenance and outdoor upkeep
* Reporting issues and completing job records as required
* Working independently and managing your own daily schedule
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar maintenance or handyman role
* Skills in painting, wallpapering, joinery, and garden maintenance
* Ability to work independently across multiple sites
* Good communication and organisational skills
* A full UK driving licence (essential – company vehicle provided)
