Join Bright Stars as a Quality Manager! We have vacancies in Scotland, Greater London, Essex/Cambs, East Anglia. You will ensure our nurseries meet regulatory standards for learning and development, safeguarding, and welfare. Your role includes conducting audits and inspections, supporting and developing training, and advising on best practices to further enhance the quality of education.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct quality and regulatory audits and inspections in line with the statutory framework and inspection handbook.
2. Provide clear, evidence-based reports and recommendations for improvement.
3. Advise and coach nursery managers to reach their full potential and implement new strategies and initiatives.
4. Promote a culture of safety and compliance.
5. Support quality improvement and policy development.
