Linby Farm Catering are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the company as a Catering Manager.
What will you do?
* Oversee the planning and development of Linby Farm Catering.
* Lead and Motivate the current team to ensure operations run smoothly.
* Allocate duties and manage staffing schedules effectively.
* Manage Suppliers and Budgets.
* Maintain high standards of service and presentation at all times.
* Ensure staff are well presented, in the correct uniform and wearing ID Badges.
* Manage Stock control, maintain the inventory, reduce wastage and order supplies when needed.
* Fully comply with the company's policies and regulations in Health and Safety and Hygiene Standards, informing the staff members of any aspects of the legislation that may require attention.
* To fully comply with the requirements of the food safety act including allergens, food safety manual requirements and to ensure the highest standards of kitchen practice and hygiene.
* Identify any working hazards or equipment issues.
* Ensure that all Food safety and Health and Safety documents are recorded and completed accurately and within a timely manner.
* File all documents in an appropriate filing system.
* Produce Reports and Audits on a monthly basis such as sales data and costed wastage reports.
* Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure complaints are dealt with professionally and promptly.

Qualifications and Certifications
· Driving Licence – (Essential)
· Food Hygiene Level two – (Desirable)
