Office administrator / Book keeper required. Temp, Full-time, Part-time, Temp to Permanent. Overview We are an established estate agency firm specialising in property management. We require an administrator to maintain accurate financial records and maintain computerised accounts. The ideal applicant will possess good organisational skills and proficiency in various software platforms, including Excel. We are based in Belfast and open Monday to Friday (no weekend work). Responsibilities Maintain and update financial records using our in-house software, Sage and Excel. Manage accounts payable and process invoices and payments Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts Support month and a year end closing processes Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies Update spreadsheets and allocate work to various contractors as required Process payments and balance accounts Handle telephone enquiries and ‘in person’ callers Qualifications Proficiency in accounting software, including Sage and Excel Good organisational skills with high attention to detail Abilities to work independently or with a team and meet deadlines effectively Third Level education Expected hours- 14-35 hours per week (Weekdays only) Pay- £11700 - £29000 pa Richard Smyth Macfarlane & Smyth
