We're seeking an experienced Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team for a Global Tech Giant, focusing on recruiting across the EMEA region. This role combines strategic sourcing, candidate management, relationship building, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive full-cycle recruitment process for roles across EMEA
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide strategic hiring insights
• Manage multiple searches while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
• Leverage data-driven approaches to optimize recruitment processes and outcomes
