Job Description:

London Residential Development

An opportunity to join a London Property Developer as a Customer Service Manager, supporting and leading on a key residential apartment development in London. You will be the lead on the Customer Service Experience from exchange through the warranty period, overseeing the close-out phases of the development ahead of Practical Completion (PC). Your role will include ensuring construction teams deliver high quality work and a first-class customer experience throughout the journey. Developing and maintaining relationships with construction partners and suppliers to ensure best practices and high standards are adhered to, with a proactive approach.

The ideal candidate would have experience as a Customer Service Manager with demonstrated knowledge in customer service and experience in developing teams that provide customers with a delightful, frictionless experience.


Responsibilities

* Implement and provide a customer service experience on key residential developments in London, utilizing best practices and knowledge within residential development and real estate.
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers throughout the customer journey, from exchange and completion to the 2-year warranty period.
* Provide clear communication to customers regarding construction updates.
* Liaise with subcontractors to ensure reported defects are addressed in a cost-effective and professional manner.


Qualifications & Experience

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 5+ years of customer service experience within Residential Real Estate in London
* Experience in a Customer Service Management role for a Property Developer or House Builder
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
