We are working with an international law firm to recruit an experienced Employment lawyer to join their esteemed UK-wide Employment & Reward team.
Background:
Our client's Employment team is one of the most renowned and experienced teams in the country. They act on behalf of local, national and international businesses providing a range of corporate advice, act on business change projects and employment litigation. They are market leaders, often paving the groundwork for legal changes in the Employment sphere and adopting close relationships with their clients.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
* 2+ years' experience working in Employment Law within a commercial law firm;
* Our client is keen to recruit at both Associate and Senior Associate level;
* Experience providing employment law advice to businesses and corporate clients;
* Experience in employment litigation would be advantageous;
* Excellent academic background;
* Commercially aware;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Team player with strong interpersonal skills;
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
