The HR Administrator is integral to the development and success of Human Resources on site as you will assist and support the HR Assistant and the HR Manager in all areas of HR, L&D and payroll.Reporting to the HR Advisor and Head of HR, this role is a central support to the business, the operational Human Resources team and all employees - responsible for the provision of quality administration information and support through the areas of Payroll production & reporting, Recruitment, Employee Lifecycle / HR Administration, Learning & Development Coordination,pensation & Benefits administration, and HR Information Reporting.You will also get involved in a variety of projects such as a new HR system and the creation of a suite of electronic training packs (for employees and Managers)This is an excellent role for an Administrator with solid HR and/or payroll support experience to join a growing organisation. This position would suit a proactive, enthusiastic, methodical and adaptable team player with excellent interpersonal and customer focused skills with a keen eye for detail. What you'll need to succeedThe successful applicant will ideally possess some experience within either:a HR department / employee lifecycle work – HR administration and recruitment.ORHave experience of working on payroll/pension/benefits administration.The ideal applicant will have experience of working in a customer service environment and will be able to use their experience to quickly identify the “customer” needs and provide an efficient and accurate solution. NB due to the location of the business and lack of public transport routes – car ownership is required.What you'll get in return
