As we continue to grow, we're seeking experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants who are passionate about business development and delivering exceptional results.
This role is ideal for seasoned recruiters with a proven track record of billing £200K+ annually, whether on contract or permanent desks. You'll have the autonomy to manage your desk, with robust support to help you exceed your targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Business Development: Identify and engage with new clients, building lasting relationships to expand our client base.
* Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
* Market Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends in engineering, construction, fire protection, and renewables to provide informed insights to clients and candidates.
* Performance Tracking: Consistently meet and exceed billing targets, focusing on delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
