This is a fantastic opportunity for a data specialist to play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-scale data architecture within a highly complex and regulated environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead on the design and delivery of robust data architectures that align with business objectivesDevelop data governance policies to ensure data integrity, quality, security, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA)Build and maintain data models (conceptual, logical, physical) across multiple domainsOversee data integration pipelines, ETL processes, and enterprise data warehousing solutionsAct as the SME on sensitive data handling, including consent management, retention, and encryptionEnable self-service reporting capabilities across business units, empowering users to make data-driven decisionsCollaborate with Solution Architects, Cloud Architects, and other key technical stakeholdersExperience Required:Proven background designing and delivering enterprise-level data architectureDeep understanding of data governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworksStrong technical expertise in ETL, data integration, and warehousing (cloud & on-premise)Skilled in database platforms such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, AWS, Azure or GCPComfortable with sensitive data management (privacy, consent, encryption)Experience working with customer data platforms such as Salesforce or similarExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsExposure to big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)Knowledge of integrating ML models and AI into data platformsIndustry certifications (e.g. CDMP, AWS, Azure)Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)This role offers:A genuine opportunity to shape and influence data architecture across the business, while working alongside senior leadership and subject matter experts.
