Staffright Group are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of commercial construction projects on site. The successful candidate will be a confident leader, acting as the main client interface while managing teams, subcontractors, health & safety, quality and programme delivery to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
Location: In and around Northeast Cambridge and West Norfolk

Willingness to travel across the operating region and lodge away when required.
Experience & Technical Requirements :
Time Management
Control the progression of works by scheduling trades in line with construction programmes on commercial sites.
Develop short-term programmes with awareness of risk management challenges (experience with ASTA Powerproject desirable).
Cost Control
Work within project budgets.
Review and manage subcontractor variations.
Control site labour and subcontractors cost-effectively.
Quality
Interpret drawings and specifications accurately for commercial builds.
Maintain exceptional workmanship standards and detailed quality records.
Health & Safety
Strong working knowledge of current UK H&S regulations.
Implement and manage site Health & Safety plans across commercial projects.
Oversee all on-site safety compliance.
