Site Manager required in Hackney
GVR Solutions have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to work for a well establishe drylining contractor. This opportunity is to be a part of a company who are going through a major growth period. They predominantly cover projects within the Residential / Development sector.
The project you will be working on is a large RC frame project on 4 blocks of 370 flats in Hackney. As part of a team of 2 to 3 Managers in which case you will be reporting directly to the Project Manager. They are looking to take on someone on a permanent basis but the client is happy to pay either PAYE or self-employed
As a Site Manager, you will:
* Oversee the day to day running of the site reporting to an on-site Project Manager
* Control and implement health and safety on site
* Manage quality control and progressive handovers of installation
* Attend progress meetings
* Report project progress to the Project Manager / Clients
* Manage record keeping for all contract related correspondence and documentation
The Site Manager must have/be:
* At least 4 years experience in site management
* Drylining experience ideally within the residential sector
* Excellent health and safety management
* SMSTS Qualified
* Must be computer literate
