This is a hands-on, site-based role that requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to Health & Safety. You’ll: * Supervise and coordinate site teams and subcontractors * Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, environmental, and quality standards * Carry out site inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks * Manage equipment, plant, and material deliveries * Build strong working relationships with clients and subcontractors * Track progress and maintain accurate site documentation * Share technical knowledge and best practices with the wider team * Be flexible with travel – staying away from home most of the week (occasional Sunday night travel, early Friday finishes) What We’re Looking For * 5–8 years’ experience in remediation or enabling works (10 for Senior Site Manager) * Relevant NVQ/C&G qualification desirable * Health & Safety training (SSSTS/SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness) – or willingness to obtain * CSCS card (preferred) * Strong leadership and people management skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Organised, with the ability to manage tight deadlines * IT literate and confident preparing accurate reports/documents * Willingness to travel throughout the UK * Full UK driving licence If this sounds like the role for you, Apply Now.
