My client within Building Services are looking for a M&E Site Manager for their Healthcare and Residential projects based in London.
About the job:
* Role: Site Manager
* Location: Central London
* Contract: Rolling contract - 6 months at a time
* Rate: Competitive
* Outside IR35
What we are looking for:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering MEP-led packages on healthcare and residential projects
* Ability to manage daily site operations, programmes, RAMS, and site logistics effectively
* Confident in maintaining high health & safety standards in line with UK regulations
* SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS certifications
* Available to start on a 2-3 week notice
