Senior Reward Manager My client is seeking a Senior Reward Manager to play a key role in shaping and delivering a reward strategy. This is a high impact position working closely with senior leadership and commercial stakeholders to ensure reward frameworks support business performance, talent retention and organisational objectives. The role sits within a progressive HR function and will be responsible for leading reward programmes across compensation, incentives and benefits. A particular focus will be partnering closely with commercial and sales teams to design and manage effective sales incentive structures that drive performance while remaining competitive and aligned to market practice. Key responsibilities * Lead the development and implementation of compensation and reward frameworks aligned to business strategy * Design, review and manage sales incentive plans that support revenue growth and commercial performance * Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to provide reward insight and guidance * Deliver annual reward processes including salary reviews, bonus cycles and benchmarking * Analyse market data and trends to ensure reward offerings remain competitive and commercially relevant * Provide clear communication and guidance to leaders and employees on reward programmes Experience required * Strong experience within reward, compensation or total rewards roles * Proven experience designing and managing sales incentive programmes within a commercial environment * Ability to partner closely with senior stakeholders, particularly within sales or revenue generating teams * Experience working in commercially focused organisations * Strong analytical capability and comfort working with compensation data and benchmarking This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced reward professional who enjoys working closely with the commercial side of a business and wants to play a visible role in shaping reward strategy.
