About Our Client

Our client is a medium-sized company within the business services industry. They pride themselves on fostering a supportive and inclusive working environment that encourages growth and development.

Job Description

3. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
4. Overlooking Payroll
5. Handling employee relations
6. Overseeing the recruitment and onboarding process from start to finish
7. Conducting performance and wage reviews
8. Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
9. Coordinating training and development initiatives
10. Communicating effectively with staff in Spanish, German and French (speaking, writing and reading)

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have:

11. Proficiency in Spanish, German and French (minimum 2/3)
12. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
13. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
14. Understanding of payroll process
