Chelsea Technologies is a market-leading designer and manufacturer of environmental sensors, supporting a diverse range of sectors including Naval Defence, Maritime, and Marine Science & Technology. We are now seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and enhance our Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) function. The Role As Quality Manager, you will take ownership of our Quality Management System and drive continuous improvement across the business. This is a pivotal leadership role, ensuring compliance, promoting best practice, and embedding a culture of quality and safety throughout the organisation. Key Responsibilities Quality Management Lead and administer the companys ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) Ensure compliance with current and emerging legislation Conduct internal audits and site/project quality inspections Champion quality best practice across all departments Investigate complaints and non-conformances, working closely with Supply Chain Evaluate and monitor suppliers and subcontractors in line with QMS requirements Manage QHSE budgets and deliver measurable improvements Oversee corrective action and non-conformity reporting Standards & Compliance Assess, implement and maintain additional standards as appropriate (e.g. ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) About You You are a proactive and self-motivated quality professional with strong leadership capability and a passion for continuous improvement. You thrive in a multidisciplinary environment, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and are confident working both independently and as part of a team.
