Working throughout the UK rail network, CPMS provides a diverse range of services including station platform construction, maintenance and refurbishment works. We also undertake bridgeworks, station roofs and canopies. Building maintenance and refurbishment is carried out in stations, depots, signal boxes, lineside buildings, arches, carparks and roadways. We currently undertake PPM and reactive maintenance tasks as well as Civil, HVAC works and M&E services. Our clients include Network Rail, Train Operating Companies, Freight Operating Companies, Heritage Railways and Light Rail.
About the Role
Are you looking to develop a career in HR? We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Administrator based at our Head Office in Elderslie. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their experience in Human Resources and Learning & Development (L&D). As a point of contact for HR and L&D-related enquiries, you will play a key role in supporting the department and assisting the wider business to meet both departmental and organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support across all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations
Maintain accurate HR records and databases
Assist with the coordination and delivery of L&D initiatives
Support various HR projects and day-to-day tasks
