Main Purpose of Job:
* To sell and promote the sale of new and used vehicles.
* To create and maintain a positive customer-friendly environment.
* To always be prepared to receive and process new customer enquiries and keep database accurate and up to date (walk-in, telephone, email, live chat) .
* To guide and inform customer whilst being able to give a competent and enthusiastic presentation (physical & video) of all of the vehicles within the Kia range.
* To achieve a high level of customer satisfaction as reported in our monthly customer satisfaction analysis.
* To ensure company processes are followed to maintain customer retention.
* Coordinate orders and delivery information between Sales Administration and then onto your customer.
* Achieve monthly sales targets for new, used, accessories and insurance products.
Example Of Your Daily Tasks:
* Maintain the new and used car display updating point-of-sale material when necessary.
* Undertake an enthusiastic presentation (physical & video) of vehicles to potential customers.
* Prospecting current and new customers.
* Present and conclude sales, completing all appropriate paperwork and documentation.
* Periodic updates to customers between order and delivery.
* Ensure customer takes delivery of their vehicle and is given tour of dealership to include all relevant departments.
* Ensure the customer is appropriately re-contacted during the lifetime ownership of their vehicle.
